Brooke Holley

Nurse Practitioner

Brooke Holley is from Grayson, Kentucky and graduated from East Carter High school in 2003. She received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Kentucky Christian University in 2007. She then went to the university of Cincinnati and graduated with her MSN specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012. She is Nationally Accredited through ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 11 years of experience as a provider in a variety of settings including the Hospital, ER, Urgent Care, and Family Practice. She is looking forward to bringing that experience back to Grayson and giving patients more options for their healthcare needs.

Meet Our Staff

I’m Raelinn, otherwise known as Rae. I’m a licensed phlebotomist and being trained to be a medical assistant. You may recognize me from All Creatures Veterinary Care. I was a technician for 6 years. I am married and have 2 sons. I’m originally from Ohio, and have been living in Ashland for 8 years now. In my spare time I love spending time with family and helping my husband with our cattle farm.

I’m Kaylee! You’ll see me when you first walk into the clinic. I am the receptionist here at MSMC Grayson!

I’m originally from a small town in Northern Kentucky, but I fell in love with Grayson while I was a student at KCU, and stayed in the area after graduation.

When I’m not at work you’ll find me at church, traveling, or at home with my husband Cole and sweet doggie scout.
